Vancouver, British Columbia, July 12, 2021 – Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:SCV) is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 200,000 stock options to consultants. The options were granted at a price of $0.89 per share and are exercisable for a period of three (3) years from the date of
grant. The options will expire on the earlier of 90 days after the termination of consultation or 3 years from
issuance.
